Golden Topper has successfully topped off the third residential tower in its flagship project in Cebu, City Clou. The topping off ceremony was held on June 21, 2024,  spearheaded by Golden Topper's construction arm, Regent International. Leading the event was Mr. Meng Kong Lee, Regent International’s Director and Executive Vice President, who was joined by esteemed Golden Topper executives: Mr. Yang Fang as Vice President for Operations; Ms. Angela Villamor Solon as Assistant Vice President for External Affairs and Corporate Governance and as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Group of Companies; Celeste Duran Chua as Assistant Vice President for Sales and Marketing; and Marlene Escamillan as City Clou Project Development Manager.
