The brand was founded in early 2013 by an assemblage of experienced technical professionals coming from established real estate developers in Mainland China.
2017
The Golden Topper brand expanded to the Philippines
GT branched out to the Philippines, setting its sights on the country’s two regions — Luzon and Visayas, headed by its President, Mr. Allan Crisologo, under the name Golden Topper Investments, Inc.
2019
Golden Topper celebrated its corporate launching
A remarkable milestone, the Group of Companies hosted its grand launch event, unveiling its planned projects to esteemed guests.
2021
Golden Topper acquired its own construction arm, Regent Construction International, Inc.
With its own construction arm, Regent Construction International, Inc., a triple A contractor, Golden Topper aims to be an active player in developing projects for urban development.

Golden Topper wins Best Developer in Cebu at the Dot Property Awards
In recognition of its projects in the Cebu province, City Clou and El Sol, Golden Topper accepted the award for Best Developer in Cebu at the Dot Property Awards 2022.
